Tasos Nikoleris founded Nous Intelligence after nearly a decade leading data science teams at a major US fintech company, where he built AI systems that served tens of millions of users.
As Senior Manager of Partner Decision Science, he led the team that grew the company's AI-powered pre-approval platform from 11% to 55% partner penetration — a 5x increase that transformed how millions of consumers accessed financial products. He built recommendation systems from scratch, designed experimentation frameworks, and partnered with VP-level executives at major US banks to bring their models to scale.
Before fintech, Tasos spent five years as a research scientist at NASA Ames Research Center, where he led the development of the world's first fully automated air traffic control system. NASA recognized his contributions with an Award of Excellence.
He holds a PhD and Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree from the National Technical University of Athens.
